Job Context

• British American Resource Center is a premier IELTS training provider with operations in Uttara and Mirpur. The company has partnered with IDP Education Bangladesh Pvt. We are looking for two CELTA-certified trainers for our top IELTS training programs who can create and deliver IELTS training modules in reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
• In this position, you will typically be expected to teach 30 hours per week, and you are encouraged to prepare and develop study materials for 5-10 hours per week, and spend the remaining 14 hours on administrative and brand enhancement tasks.
• Candidates must have at least two years of experience teaching adults and be familiar with adult education methodologies. Candidates should possess a strong academic background. He or she should also be familiar with material development.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct English language classes.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in high-quality IELTS training sessions.
• Create course materials and study guides in both print and digital formats.
• Help participants improve their listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in individual and group sessions.
• Assign homework and interesting exercises.
• Monitor and evaluate the classwork and homework, and update the progress of students.
• Prepare the syllabus in accordance with the modules.
• Ensure that the classroom stays orderly.

Educational Requirements

• Masters degree in any discipline
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Applicants must have taken the Academic or GT IELTS and received a minimum overall score of 7.5, a minimum individual score of 7.0 in both the Reading and Writing modules and a minimum of 7.0 in any of the four modules.
• Excellent grammar, IELTS, presentation abilities, and Training Materials Development
• Preferred Professional Certification: CELTA
• Skills Required: Classroom management, Educational Content Development, teaching and training

Experience Requirements

• At least 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  language training
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Training Institutes

Salary

• Tk. 35000 – 50000 (Monthly)
