Job Context

In order to join our team in Dhaka as Interns, we are searching for prospective sustainability professionals with extraordinary enthusiasm for sustainability and climate change. If the internship is successful, this could result in full-time employment. The chosen candidate will be in charge of coordinating efforts between the internal team and customers, collecting and validating data, accurately analyzing it, and inserting it into reports, as well as supporting report writing by adhering to international ESG and sustainability standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Work with the internal team and clients and maintain the project’s progress according to the plan.
• Visit the factories and sites of clients to gather and/or verify information and data.
• Assist in the information and data gathering for reports on sustainability, Social and Environmental impacts.
• Data analysis and report drafting in accordance with global sustainability standards.
• Help Team Leaders to build sustainability strategies with a thorough roadmap that includes KPIs and performance metrics.
• Assist in identifying and establishing important patterns for sustainability reporting for the current and forthcoming years.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Environmental Science

Experience Requirements

• At most 1 year(s)
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

• Age 22 to 30 years
• Both males and females are allowed to apply
• Very strong proficiency in English is necessary.
• Excellent creative report-writing skill is a must.
• Strong knowledge of Sustainability and ESG.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Previous work/ internship experience having creative writing is preferred.
• Ability to build clear, confident, positive communication with colleagues and work collaboratively across the business.
• Self-motivated and able to work fast and efficiently with little supervision.
• Excellent time management.
