Investigation & Law Officer

Job Description

Handle both civil and criminal cases pending before courts and follow-up them and analyze information and data of the cases and legal problems received from different corners like the field and submit reports to the concerned authorities. At the time of field visits, s/he has to monitor whether the instructions of manual are being duly complied with or not.

Job Qualification

• Master's degree with honors in Law from any recognized university. Applicants must have all through 1st division/class that is equivalent to CGPA-3.50 out of 5.00 or CGPA-2.75 out of 4.00 scale.
• The applicant must have minimum 1 year's practice experience of court as a member of any District Bar having enrollment from Bar Council.
• Experience with Microfinance Institution will be treated as additional qualification.

• Age limit must be 29yrs.-35yrs. as on 1st July, 2022 (as per NID card).
• Smart and well-conversant with professionalism.
• Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel etc.) & Bangla typing is essential.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English & Bengali.
• Willing to undertake frequent field visits (15-20 days per month).
• The applicant must be a non-smoker.
