Job Responsibilities

• Manage information technology and computer systems.
• Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.
• Manage IT staff by training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance.
• Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures.
• Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
• Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.
• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
• Audit systems and assess their outcomes.
• Preserve assets, information security and control structures.
• Handle IT departmental budget and ensure cost effectiveness.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor in CSE/ETE/EEE or related field.
• Masters and Professional Certifications in related field will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

• At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Both males and females are allowed to apply
• 5+ years’ experience in related filed.
• Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking & pro-activity.
• Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor, a plus.
• Bigdata, DevOps, loT, Oracle, Microsoft, Cisco, Redhat, PMP, ITIL, Cyber Security Certifications a plus.
• Good command over English Language or any certification would be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in email & verbal communication.
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management.
