Job Responsibilities

• Maintenance, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, installing OS/software, and networking.
• Prepare, Install, Configure & Setup and provide extensive support to PC, workstation, Laptop, UPS, Printer, multifunctional printer,) related Hardware and software issues instantly.
• Provide IT supports to user end and other IT assets as per company IT policy.
• Maintenance of IT inventory for both hardware and software and maintaining proper documentation.
• Strong communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Maintaining detailed Logs on a weekly basis of the IT complaints and their resolutions.
• Monitor CC camera and maintain Attendance system/Devices (Finger) and Door Access Control.
• Assemble and disassemble the computer.
• Some other essential ERP support
• Maintain website

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science Engineering
• Diploma in Computer Science Engineering
• Skills Required: Networking Skills, Telecommunication

Experience Requirements

• At least 1 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Computer Operating, Corporate IT Support, IT Support Service, IT System Management

Additional Requirements

• Age 20 to 30 years
• Only males are allowed to apply
• Knowledge about organizing cable at the server rack/port is a big plus.
• Basic knowledge of Mikrotik router
• Able to support remotely at an emergency moment.
• Smart, Good Team player and can-do attitude.
• Basic knowledge in Google Workspace or Microsoft office.
• Basic knowledge in HTML, CSS, JS etc.

Salary

Tk. 16000 – 25000 (Monthly)
