Job Description



Job Responsibilities

  • Expertly cutting, slicing, and filleting different types of fish.
  • Inspecting the quality of fruits, vegetables, and fish used to prepare sushi dishes and informing the Chief Cook when quality is sub-standard.
  • To maintain a clean work environment in order to prevent food contamination.
  • Regularly taking inventory of food supplies and other products.
  • Report any problems with kitchen equipment to the Chief Cook on duty.
  • Sterilizing all utensils, instruments, and equipment used in food preparation before every use.
  • Communicating with staff to ensure that food allergy considerations are met.

  • Knife Cutting Skill
  • Experience of Serving Dish plate
  • Follow instruction by Chief Cook
  • Cleanliness
  • Healthy both in physically and mentally
  • English Speaking & understanding ability
  • Experience in Japanese Restaurant
  • Work experience in 3 Star hotels or equivalent hotel.
  • Not change jobs frequently
  • Male and female both can apply
