Prepare sales invoices and deliver the products accordingly as per authorized price list.
Account for sales in ERP software and collect sales proceed by cash/DD/PO from customer through field officer and deposit to concerned bank within the day.
Confirm sign, seal, signature and contact number of customers on sales invoices at the time of product delivery.
Examine physical stock and check it with stock register on each monthly cutoff date and report to head office accounts and finance department.
Check & verify the proper reason for breakage & damage product quantity.
Examine fixed asset register and review procedure for periodical checking of physical existence of fixed assets.
Check the proper supporting/source documents of expenditure & confirm whether the expenses incurred for company purposes for TA/DA, Promotional Bill, Car expenses, Office maintenance, Entertainment bill.
Prepare money indent as per prescribed form and provide to head office twice in a month (1st week and 3rd week)
Maintain petty cash book, check and verify all expenses as per company policy.
Any other work as and when required by management.
