Attending customers complaints and queries through phone calls and emails.
Physical Support(Male) and Support over-phone regarding Internet & Data Bandwidth, IP Telephony Services, Operating Systems, Networking, Internet, Service Usage.
Follow-up Trouble Tickets, Identify customer’s needs, Clarify information, Resolve Customer Complaints and co-ordinate related departments for quick resolution to the Customer’s Problem
Manage Customers Accounts and Support Log.
Prepare and distribute activity reports to superiors.
Ability to work effectively with a Team under the supervision and instruction of the Head of Department.
Job Qualification
Diploma in Engineering in CSE, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in ECE
