Job Responsibilities

• Receive all incoming calls and forward outgoing calls.
• Track all incoming and outgoing calls and report to management
• Receive document, letter, message time to time and handover those document to correspondent person.
• To manage and update telephone directory of the organization.
• Dealing with Guest/visitor, delegate management, messaging and reminders for concerned.
• Other tasks assign by Management.
