Job Responsibilities

• To Install and configure computer operating system, diagnose hardware and software faults and solve technical and application problems.
• To provide direct assistance to users; troubleshot system and network problem when essential.
• To keep computer systems running smoothly and ensure users get maximum benefit.
• To provide support for procedural documentation and relevant reports.
• To test and evaluate new technology and conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
• To put entry of necessary stock related data for conducting physical inventory.
• To check/re-check the data before preparing the final report of physical inventory.
• To make proper liaison with respective person(s) of medicine shops and others.
• To prepare report of respective medicine shops and others for management information.
• To perform any other comparable Job as and when required.

Educational Requirements

• Diploma in Computer Science from any reputed institution. BSc in CSE is preferable.

Job Qualification
