Job Responsibilities
Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.
Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.
Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements.
Reconcile accounts in a timely manner.
Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database.
Provide assistance and support to company personnel.
Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas.
Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws.
Secure financial information by conducting database backups and maintaining strict confidentiality.
Abiding by all company procedures and accounting principles.
Responding appropriately to a vendor, client, and internal requests.
Constantly update job knowledge.

BBA / Honours Degree in Finance / Accounting.
Professional qualifications (CA, VAT, TAX, Audit, RJSC) will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
2 to 3 year(s)
Additional Requirements
Both males and females are allowed to apply
2 to 3 years’ work experience in related field.
Knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles.
Ethical behavior when dealing with sensitive financial information.
High level of accuracy and efficiency.
Courteous, professional manner & decent communication skills.
Computer literacy and typing skills, experience with accounting software would be an added advantage.
Willingness to comply with all company, local, state, and financial regulations.
