To provide support in holding Board Meetings, Audit Committee Meetings of the company and subsidiaries as per quarterly schedule or as and when required basis.
To coordinate and support in holding AGMs of the company including preparation of Annual Reports and AGM materials.
Maintain Company’s important Documents and Agreements including land deeds, marketing & distribution agreements, etc.
To understand and acquire procedural and practical knowledge with regard to all correspondences with BSEC, DSE, CSE, etc in association with coordination officer.
Understand and demonstrate RJSC online filing procedure in association with the concern person of the department.
Update progress Sheet of senior employees (through HR) and meet the formalities when Senior Staffs join in the Company.
Maintain regular schedule of Company Secretary and booking schedule of Meeting Room at Corporate floor.
Maintain the filing system of the record room up to date keeping the safety & confidentiality of the Board and sensitive correspondences.
