Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and Implement Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) for RM Inspection, Laboratory analysis and Feed Production Process Line.
• Monitor & Conduct all Proximate analysis (%Crude Protein, % Crude Fat,% Crude Fiber, % Ash etc.) of RM & FG.
• Maintain register of Analytical Activities (Records & Documents)
• Take care & monitor production process line to assure quality of feed.
• Monitor & Operate NIR analysis to check raw materials (RM) And Finished goods'(FG) quality.
• Support QC staffs in handling QC apparatus (Scoop, Chemical equipment, Reagent etc.) properly.
• Comply with govt. agencies.
• Report daily updates to top Management.
• Implement any other job assigned by the top management on the priority basis
• Any other duties to be assigned from the management time to time.
