Job Responsibilities

• Organize and execute the overall bond & Customs as per government rules.
• Check each documents to understand and guide as per rules.
• Communicate with Bank, C&F, buyer, forwarder, audit firm, supplier, Board of investment and chief controller of import & export (CCI &E) regarding custom & bonds formalities
• Ensure updating bond register (In bond & Ex Bond) on due time.
• Ensure yearly import/export customs statement for bond audit.
• To maintain strong liaison with Customs office and other government bodies related customs and bond.
• Perform for and face routine audit by external agencies relating UD and UP.
• Follow up all import L/C formalities and make sure “insurance coverage note” open according to PI collected for LC opening.
• Handle customs related all responsibilities like yearly audit, HS Code formalities and general bond, receive any kind of certificate, NOC.
• Ensure preparation of Bill of Entry for forwarding relevant document to C&F for custom clearance.
• Communicate directly with customs house, customs bond commission rate and NBR as necessary to answer quarries tranquilly and efficiently with updated documents and manage bond customs in any irregularities and difficulties.
• Ensure handling over relevant documents to operations of transportation of goods and material to and from ports.
• Obtain and renewal of all licenses (e.g. ERC, IRC, Trade License, TIN, BIN, EPB, Environment, BERC, Boiler, Factory, Fire & other licenses) and other related licenses form licensing authority
• And any other assignment has given by the management from time to time.

Educational Requirements

• Minimum Graduation with relevant field from any reputed institution.
• Skills Required: Customs Auditing and related issues with customs Bond., Customs Bond, Customs Bond rules and regulations etc.

• Age at most 40 years

• The individuals we are looking for should be self-motivated, creative, team players and have extensive knowledge of the related area. Can work independently and have multitasking ability.
• Should have keen sense of punctuality along with ethical and professional responsibility.
• Fluent in speaking and writing Bengali and English.
