• Looking for Lead Generation Team Leader
• Working Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute lead generation campaigns that support business objectives, including the creation of targeted lists, email, web, and social media outreach
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in lead-generation campaigns
• Stay up-to-date on the latest lead-generation practices and tools
• Train and manage a team of lead generation specialists
• Develop processes and systems to streamline lead-generation activities
• Monitor and report on the progress of lead-generation campaigns
• Identify and troubleshoot issues with lead-generation campaigns
• Adjust campaign strategies as needed to achieve desired results
• Collaborate with the clients to ensure leads are being followed up on in a timely manner
• Provide feedback to the clients to improve future campaigns

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 27 years
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in lead generation
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Proven track record of successful lead-generation campaigns
• Experience with CRM software
