Job Responsibilities

• Able to develop roadmap for Asset Management, Asset Management Product Initiation & Offerings and aware of related technologies, marketing & legal compliances to become leader in marketplace.
• Expected to extensive knowledge and skills to supervise and implement comprehensive compliance to ensure full compliance to various regulatory requirements.
• Supervising the reporting to various regulating authority like BSEC, DSE, CSE, ICB
• Ensuing that all the activities and operations are performed in compliance with related laws & regulations.
• Conversant with business related various laws, regulations, circulars and taxation.
• Must have conceptual and analytical thinking and proactive attitude.
• Able to work under pressure and have ability & mindset to carry out assignments.
• Ability to deal with clients having positive approach

Educational Requirements

• Post Graduation in any discipline from a recognized educational institution.
• No third Division/Class in academic career will be acceptable.
• Further academic qualification (e.g. LLB, LLM) will be given preference.

Experience Requirements

• At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Age at most 45 years
• At least 05 years industry experience in asset management.
• Having at least 03 years experience as Legal & Compliance Officer in a reputed asset management company with proven track record.
• Experience may be relaxed for highly deserving candidates.
• Age maximum 45 years as on 30.09.2022. Age may be relaxed in case of highly deserving candidate.
• A candidate who will be offered, employment will be subject to a criminal check record and other background check.
