Community Partners International (CPI) is a U.S. based nonprofit organization that is working with local partner organization Green Hill (GH) to expand access to quality health services and generate the resources, local capacity and coordination necessary for partners and the vulnerable people to meet their own health and community needs.
Job Responsibilities
Coordination of all logistics related activities to ensure prompt and proper implementation as per plan.
Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
Tracking purchase request forms and processes in compliance with the related policies and procedures.
Provide support in implementation of all logistics support systems according to GH-CPI logistics policies and procedures.
Provide planning support and updates to those making procurement requests, guide processes in accordance with GH-CPI policies and procedures, in a transparent, accountable, efficient, and cost-effective manner.
Ensure that local market surveys are regularly carried out, to ensure a full knowledge of the availability and price of local items.
Ensure all procurement are tracked and recorded to identify items that should be part of a pre-approved tender process, and ensure that open and free competition for procurements is adhered to.
Proactively coordinate, direct and track all non-medical supplies, equipment, materiel, through receipts,storage, and onward distribution and coordination to storage/warehouse with all supporting documents.
Follow standard warehouse practices and record-keeping to full audit trail standard as guided by Logistics Coordinator.
Ensure correct storage, rotation of stock, and proper structural maintenance of warehouse(s) to keep all stocks in good condition as guided by Logistics Coordinator.
Generate accurate, clear, and concise reports and if necessary attend management and audit forums to provide clarifications and pertinent evidence.
Ensure bills, invoices, purchase orders, purchase request forms and other required documentation for purchase committee reviews etc.
Ensuring that the quality of all materials and services provided meets the required standards through the GRA.
Identifying processes to strengthen and make the supply chain more efficient and organized.
Provide logistical support to the program teams in field and office operations as needed.
Communication and dealing with vendors and updating the vendor list.
Ensure that office inventory, logbooks, and fuel consumption charts are updated on a regular basis.
Develop specifications, cost implications, and logistics for safe delivery of supplies received from donors.
Follow procurement procedures to ensure complete documentation and maintain compliance with GH’s and donor’s procurement policies.
Prepare requests for quotation, competitive bid analysis and ensure purchase orders are fully signed with accurate coding and supported with all necessary documents.
Organize/ arrange all procurement request forms electronically and hard copies.
Ensure timely processing and delivery of the purchase requests submitted.
Ensure all program materials/Asset distribution are properly tracked, recorded and reconciled.
Purchase and source office related material in accordance with GH/CPI guidelines and procedures.
Maintain records regularly of asset inventory in electronic and paper-based formats.
Ensure timely submission of bill vouchers with accuracy and fully signed with proper coding along with
necessary documents to Logistics Coordinator & Finance for vendor payment.
Making urgent procurement and logistical shipping arrangements as necessary.
Remain flexible to perform other duties as required by Senior Management and Logistics Coordinator.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor or Master’s Degree in relevant field: logistics and supply chain management or other related areas.
Experience Requirements
At least 3 year(s)

Minimum 2 years practical Logistics experience in international or local organization.
Minimum 1 year experience in humanitarian setting.
Good presentation skills, writing and analytical skills.
Excellent software skills for MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Excellent organizational skills.
Advance level training on logistic and supply chain management.
Strong knowledge on local ethnic issues and proven experience in engaging local ethnic organizations.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish good working relationships with stakeholders with different cultural backgrounds.
Ability to work independently.

Tk. 45000 – 55000 (Monthly)
