Job Context

• Responsible for overall maintenance function of Mechanical and Electronics Matters. Follow-up of maintenance activities. Assurance of machine performance to ensure company’s and customer’s required fulfillment. Overall supervision of maintenance schedule both preventive and breakdown. Ensure data entry in Maintenance Log book and other related prescribed format. Ensure requisition of required spare parts as per Maintenance plan and safety stock. Control of process wastage.

Job Responsibilities

• Implementation of maintenance plan.
• Overall Supervision and people allocation for maintenance activities.
• Close monitoring of machine performance
• Coordination with production department.
• Minimize breakdown maintenance activities

Educational Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Diploma in Electronics Engineering
• Computer Literacy (MS word, Excel and customized software)
