Job Context

Sweater Factory

Job Responsibilities

• To Lead a team with concomitant responsibilities of successful conducting maintenance of plant & installation of new machinery that includes but limited to the following aria
• Maintenance of Electrical lines as per Accord/Alliance standard and ensure its fire safety
• Ensure proper management for Accord and other technical compliance matters and update management
• To ensure routine & need based electrical and mechanical maintenance of plant & machinery and other related facilities installed in the factory
• Responsible to ensure optimum utilization of energy (power, air, steam, gas, etc) and measure units of utilities outsourced, produced, utilized and waste through monthly reporting
• Ensure zero down time through preventive maintenance and relevant reporting
• Prepare SOP for maintenance of plant & machinery and utilities installation of the factory
• Approve requisition to draw spare parts from the store for maintenance purpose
• Ensure proper monitoring & follow up for routine & scheduled maintenance, including break down maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting etc.
• Monitor & supervise all the utilities issues
• Any other jobs as when asked by the Management

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical Electronic Engineering, Diploma in Engineering in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Any Public Engineering University
• Or Diploma from Any Governments Polytechnical Institute (15 year Experience)

Experience Requirements

• 8 to 10 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  15 year Experience for Diploma Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Electrical Maintenance
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Garments, Textile

Additional Requirements

• Age 32 to 42 years
• Both males and females are allowed to apply
• Adequate knowledge on MS Office package
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to Work Under Pressure
• Candidates should be graduates from mentioned University.
