Job Responsibilities

• • Deliver the agreed design & development objectives established in the Annual Operating Plan and considering the organization longer-term strategy road map.
• • Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice designing vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance
• • Implement and manage continuous improvement practices by highlighting deficiencies and recommending changes in work practices and processes.
• • Present design, costs, changes and budgetary information effectively to management and provide regular progress updates.
• • Create initial feasibility studies for acquisition of new stores keeping in mind the company brief and government requirements.
• • Conceptualize new layout in-line with Bangladesh standards and legislation and send to Product Management, Sales channels and COO in order to align with business and product plan before the designs are finalized.
• • Manage the design and development team to produce a range of design concepts for new stores, store expansion as well as updating existing store designs for enhancing customer experience.
• • Partner with and manage cross-functional teams of internal stakeholders, vendors, and consultants to develop and deliver outcomes that meet success criteria.
• • Ensuring that the financial budgets of the department and projects are maintained.
• • Ensure maintenance of stores via supplier/ vendor for smooth operation.
• • Ensure that the design of the store operates in accordance with any health safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of employees & customers.

  Knowledge of ERP Software System is Mandatory, supply chain management

  Plastic/ Polymer Industry
