Job Context

    Looking for young, energetic and smart professionals for our 100% export oriented Knit Composite Textile & Garments Industries.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance to management with respect to performance evaluations, employee relations, succession plans, compensation, and departmental organization.
  • Conduct Disciplinary and Domestic enquirers ensuring maintenance of proper procedures according to company policy and compliance with related Labor Laws.
  • Liaise with other functional/ departmental head so as to understand all necessary aspect and need of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purpose and achievements.
  • Communicate with BTMA, BTTLMEA, BGMEA, Compliance Auditors, Fire & Civil defense Department, Labor Office, Labor Court, Local Influences and Labor Federation etc. as and when needed.
  • To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
  • Ensure 100% Implementation of buyer’s COC, Labor Law 2006 and srom Bidhimala.
  • Ensure the factories always prepared / ready for following audits like, Social compliance Audit, Technical/ Quality Assurance Audit & Security System Audit.
  • Sound Knowledge of compliance requirements of Accord, Alliance, BSCI, ISO 9001, OEKO-TEX, GRS,CS,GOTS,RWS,BSCI,SEDEX, WRAP, CT-PAT,GSV,higgindex.
  • Ensure Compliance on health & safety as per in house check list.
  • Ensure Non – Discrimination in course of employment, paying/providing wages/salary / benefits/ facilities/ welfare.
  • Ensure that no force employment occurred in the factories.
  • Ensure that employment of No Child / child Looking workers are in practice.
  • Ensure Access/Right to inspection during buyer’s Audits.
  • Ensure Compliance relate MIS are properly maintain, update follow up/ take instant corrective action on auditors certain minor findings/ discrepancies during audit.
  • Follow up that all corrective action has been taken/follow up regularly as per CAP submitted.
  • Take proper and immediate steps to improve factory conditions those will get object of non – compliance from buyers and take all possible steps to adhere with buyer’s compliance inspection.
  • Follow up all date,records, reports formats, statement, rank & files, Books & Registers of all departments are properly prepared, issued, update & maintained as per compliance requirement/standards
  • Liaise with merchandising, production and QA Department in order to coordinate with Buyers visits and take all necessary steps for facing the buyers / Govt. and compliance visit and audit.
  • Review and develop compliance related printing materials and ensure distribution thereof in the factories so that unwanted complaints are not received from the end of any buyers or Govt.
  • To lead, direct, control, motivate, appraise & trained-up fellow staffs.

Educational Requirements

  • BBA/ MBA/ Masters/ Graduation from HRM/Social Compliance degree any reputed public & private university.
  • Post Graduate diploma in social compliance / HRM is preferred.
  • Skills Required: Compliance Management.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 10 year(s)

Additional Requirements

  • Age 30 to 45 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  • Buyers Compliance (BSCI, Compliance Audit, HR and compliance, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Safety compliance, Social Compliance.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Garments, Group of Companies, Sweater Industry, Textile.
  • Strong knowledge on Labour law 2006 & Labour Rules 2015.
  • Have sound knowledge on different buyers code of conduct.
  • Should have sound knowledge on different certification.
  • Good leadership agility to lead & Motivate.
  • Good command in both written and spoken English.
  • Good inter – personal & Communication skills.
  • Good team player, well- organized, initiative and detail- oriented.
