Execution of Factory’s administrative plans, policies and decisions of the Management.
To Direct & Control overall administration department and its activities and report to higher management in timely manner.
Handling disciplinary & grievance issues of the organization as per law.
Ensure smooth & uninterrupted operation of the company providing required administrative & logistic service to all departments & employees of the factory.
Follow-up the functionalities of HR/Admin/Compliance.
Ensure proper maintenance of all company vehicles and monitor all mode of transportation in and out of the factory.
To maintain liaison with local govt. offices (PS, DC, Industrial Police, FSCD, Labor office, Titas gas, BERC, BGMEA).
Closely monitor and ensure proper security system throughout the organization.
Assist Management for effective execution of administrative functions of the factory.
Conversant with local laws & regulations and ensure implementation.
Able to develop strategic policy & procedures in aspect of Admin issues.
Have to ensure required compliance in the factory premises implemented as per buyer code of conduct.
Communicate with the concerns for their needs in respect of administration and security.
Handle all kinds of protocol related works.
Utilization of all human resources properly by ensuring 100% efficiency.
Support to all type of Compliance audits (Social/Technical/Fire & Safety/Building and Electric Safety/BSCI/ SEDEX/WRAP/Environment/Oeko-tex/OCS/GRS/GOTS and other Certification Audits).
