Generate new sales leads in the field of marketing, ideas and branding, Negotiate corporate clients as well as pricing.
Plan and develop a comprehensive marketing and sales plan for the department services to enable steady growth. Provide guidelines to Management on strategies to improve sales.
Forecast sales revenue to the company head, Portfolio monitoring and make stability.
Monitor sales activities in the office and coach team members in realizing their sales targets and potential.
Increase sell-by informing customers of additional services or special packages, such as tour packages, or upgraded seats/accommodations.
Manage corporate clients through emails and other ways of communication.
Maintain relationships with Airlines & GDS Personnel.
Responsible for Airline Ticketing & reservation (Domestic, International & Umrah), Creating PNR, Issuing and Reissuing Tickets using GDS Fare computation, Product knowledge, Customer Service, Processes cancellations, and modifications of reservations.
Provide timely direction and supervision to the team in achieving yearly sales targets of all GSA products, domestic and international tickets, and tour packages.
Must remain updated on Airline/ Travel notices and circulars and update the reservation team, sales team, and others accordingly.
