We are looking for an ambitious and energetic “Business Development & Marketing Manager” to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective Business Development and Marketing strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting Market, developing and forging strong relationships with clients. The business development manager will focus on customer acquisition, lead generation, and prospect management, this position also requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, the candidate must be energetic, well-spoken as well as the ability to work independently.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape in the woven garments industry.
- Business Expansion: Develop and execute strategies for expanding the company’s presence in the woven garments market, internationally through foreign direct marketing and smooth communication with external stakeholders.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Implement sales and marketing plans to increase revenue, with a focus on woven garments product lines.
- Product Development: Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure the development of high-quality woven garments that meet market demand.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers in the woven garments sector.
- Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of professionals in the business development and marketing departments, ensuring they work effectively to achieve sales and marketing targets.
- Brand Management: Oversee brand development and promotion, ensuring that the company’s woven garments brand is well-received in the market.
- Budget Management: Manage budgets for marketing campaigns and business development efforts, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, sales initiatives, and business development efforts to make data-driven decisions.
- Trade Shows and Exhibitions: Represent the company at industry-specific trade shows and exhibitions to showcase woven garments and create new business opportunity.
- Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies.
- Capable of planning, marketing of Garments Factory and sub-contract also at order crisis moment.
- Building business relationships with current and potential buyers.
- Skill in costing, production planning, and having technical knowledge. Able to line booking for round the year at any situation & run the factory independently.
- Strong capable to handle in quantitative analysis, Buyer corresponded and creative work, any Merchandising file of an order starting from new development to shipment of goods.
- Prepare to production plan & shipment plan for proper execution of sampling according to “Time and Action Calendar” on regular basis with production management.
- Sound knowledge about garments Accessories, Sample development and marketing related of all product development, market survey and negotiation skilled.
- Try to give maximum lead time to production and thinking for maximum profit from all merchandise.
- Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to management on ongoing activities and issues.
- Should be capable of new business development & promotion with fresh buyer.
- Collaborating with foreign direct buyers and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts.
- Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential buyers at buyers’ meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences.
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect buyers; maintaining a database of prospective buyers’ information.
- Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential buyers; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process.
- Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using software.
- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
- To oversee update on production status, sampling, lab dips information being provided by merchandisers to buyers.

- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile, from reputed foreign University.
- Master’s degree in any discipline/Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from reputed foreign University.
- Preference will be given with background from both ‘O’ and ‘A’ level, or candidates scored 7.0 or above in IELTS.
