Job Context

    We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Job Responsibilities

  • Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain.
  • Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to company established rules and guidelines.
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.

Educational Requirements

  • Masters/MBA/M.Com from a reputed university with good academic background.
  • Professional background (CFA/ACCA/CA qualified) will get preference.

Experience Requirements

  • 2 to 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements

  • At least two years experience in financial institutions.
  • Should develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short term and long term objectives.
  • Should have good communication skills both in Bengali & English.
  • Capability to lead and motivate a professional team to run the organization protecting the interest of the company and stakeholders.
  • Portfolio management of the company as well as managing portfolios of different mutual funds.
  • Fund inject/Fund Manage/Fund Management of the company for its new mutual funds.
  • Directing client investment activities for stocks, bonds, and securities within a particular fund.
  • Provide investment and financial management advice.
  • Monitor fund performance.
  • Should have good coordination with all other departments.
  • More qualified to achieve all targets.
  • Excellent in computer literacy.
  • Hard working and able to work under pressure.
  • Requirement of additional skill:
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
  • Proven sales track record
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills.
