Job Context

A reputed garments manufacturing company in Bangladesh is looking Manager-Compliance for its respective zone.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and check compliance & Welfare officer daily report.
• Co-ordinate and Submit to Google drive compliance & Welfare weekly check report as per requirement Director
• Work with Top and mid management to meet buyer requirement before any buyer audit conduct.
• To conduct counseling along with abuse & Harassment workers/Staff where necessary.
• To follow up the PACE training related all type of activities.
• Take initiative for resolve any types of grievances from floor.
• Monitor unit counselling to staff /workers regarding production problem.
• Work with fire safety department for any kind of fire safety related issues.
• Work with administrative department any kinds of Health & Safety issues.
• Over all take a prompt initiatives to rectify any housekeeping issues.
• Monitor Alliance/Accord Refresher Training, C-TPAT training, Environment health & Safety training and others all social training.
• To conduct fire drill as per buyer requirement.
• To follow up training calendar as per internal purpose.

Educational Requirements

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
• Post Graduate Diploma in HRM will get preference
• Should have sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law-2006
• Skills Required: Microsoft Excel

• 7 to 8 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Compliance, Engineering Compliance, Social Audit
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Garments

Additional Requirements

• Age 30 to 40 years
• Only males are allowed to apply
• Work experience in RMG sector will be given preference.
• Strong communication skills in English both verbal and written.
