Job Responsibilities

  • Implementing Compliance & Admin strategies in line with the business plan as well as ensuring Admin & Compliance plans to support the business needs.
  • Effectively Implementing Labor Law, Factories Act, Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting Law and ILO convention Relevant on RMG/Textile sector in Bangladesh.
  • To prepare factory for facing different audit such as BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, GOTS, C-TPAT, Supply Chain Security (SCS) / QMS audit.
  • Ensure 100% Implementation of buyer’s COC.
  • Monitoring, evaluating and developing operation budgets relating to Administration within the department in a cost-effective manner.
  • Develop & Implement House Keeping, Fleet Security Management, Protocol Management, Transportation Management and other areas of admin and security as and when required.
  • Ensuring proper coordination and facilitation of administrative support services among administrative and other departments. Check & recommend bills for payment accurately and timely.
  • Performing any kinds of legal assignments given by the management as and when required by the organization.
  • Implementing security policies, regulations, rules & norms and make sure that the environment of the company is safe for employers, employees and visitors.
  • To maintain liaison with agencies/organizations (Govt./Private) like BGMEA, BKMEA, compliance auditors, BERC, Fire Service & Civil Defense, Labor Office, Environment office, Local influences etc.
  • Develop initiatives to nurture a positive working environment, reduce absenteeism & turnover through close monitoring, counseling and bridging management employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and discipline & performance issues.
  • Liaison with merchandising, production, QA & all other Departments in order to coordinate buyers’ visits and take all necessary steps for facing the buyers/Govt. and compliance audit

    Tk. 60000 – 80000 (Monthly)
