Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for identifying bad debt and take steps to realize the bad debt against sales to ensure the financial safeguard of the company.
• Lead the functions of credit recovery department by maintaining company’s credit recovery policies.
• Continuously monitor customer credit limit and guide sales team to encourage customer to maintain credit policy.
• Visit party physically and checking party balance and company statement for ensuring fair statement.
• Partnering up with Sales & Marketing team and other stakeholders to design, develop and implement best practices to minimize revenue leakage.
• Perform regular reconciliation and analysis of credit recovery streams.
• Monitor collection processes for accuracy.
• Reconcile activity between network elements and billing.
• Create queries and reports to support ongoing monitoring process.
• Develop key recovery metrics and implement inside the team.
• Prepare documents for law suits as may be necessary and work together with the lawyer.
• Analyze data/reports to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Any other project assigned by the supervisor related to Recovery functions.

  Credit Control And Recovery, Credit Realization
