Job Responsibilities

• Work with buyers on all product developments, costing, order negotiations, and placements.
• Work with directors to analyze the yearly business plans and strategic framework.
• Work closely with the design teams to involve in bringing innovations and sustainable products to the table.
• Ensure end-to-end responsibility in the process of business development, order execution.
• Provide ongoing training, development and constructive feedback to teams to ensure employee development and succession planning for driving high performance.
