Job Context

• We are a 100% export-oriented renowned Woven Garments Manufacturer, looking for a dynamic, energetic and analytic candidate for the post of “Manager (Electrical)”. The incumbent must have sound knowledge and experience on Electrical Issues and RSC(Accord)/Nirapon(Alliance) in garments factory.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure all electrical system is operational and maintained as per the standards
• Ensure that a full preventative maintenance plan for electrical systems, equipment and components are established and adhered to through day to day schedule maintenance activities.
• Sound knowledge regarding assemble, install, test and maintain electrical or electronics wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus and fixtures.
• Capable for fault findings and installation of electrical equipment.
• Make a schedule of preventive maintenance to keep minimum down time due to electrical breakdown.
• Ensure preventive maintenance of Boilers, Diesel generators & compressors for undistributed supply.
• Ensure all control panels and DB Boards are properly maintained to reduce the breakdown
• Responsible for overall maintenance of electrical and utility works in the factory.
• Capable of preparing SLD
• Understand and implement RSC(Accord)/Nirapon(Alliance) guidelines and requirements
• Understand about related local law and ordinance
• Adherence to maintain power consumption in acceptable range;
• To develop operation & maintenance policy, procedure and manuals.
• To ensure the safety of working people through compliance with Occupational Safety
• Capable for fault findings and installation of electrical equipment.
• Any other assignment as entrusted time to time by the Management.

• BSc in Electrical Engineering from Reputed University.
• Skills Required: Electrical Audit

Experience Requirements

• At least 5 year(s)

• Experience above 05 years will be given priority.
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Electrical issues
• Good communication/co-ordination with co-workers
• Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
• Performance oriented initiative to take actions for overcoming obstacles and problems.
• The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have good personality with leadership skill.
• Should have excellent people management skills.
