Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage investigations involving allegations of potential misconduct and violation of company code of conduct and other policies and procedures
  • Co-ordinate and lead whistle-blower cases together with the stakeholders
  • Evaluate cases for patterns and trends to identify failures in policies, procedures and/or internal controls
  • Perform Stakeholder Management for follow-up action plans in identified areas of improvement
  • Provide regular briefings to management on the progress of investigations including any potential delays or issues; and any potential findings or risks identified
  • Monitor the progress of corrective measures taken
  • Safeguarding Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

  • A graduate from any discipline from a reputed university

Experience Requirements

  • 6 to 7 year(s)

Additional Requirements

  • 6-7 years of experience in a relevant role
  • Advanced analytical skills to conduct analysis and develop recommendations, demonstrating organization and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Understanding of workplace investigations, negotiation, and conflict management
  • Ability to handle difficult or volatile situations/individuals effectively
  • Ability to lead, summarize and follow up on investigations and to work collaboratively with multiple teams and stakeholders
