Job Context

    We are looking for a professional Food and Beverage Manager to be responsible for managing all F&B operations and for delivering an excellent guest experience. The successful candidate will be able to forecast, plan and manage all F&B orders, staff and finance. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
  • Preserve excellent levels of customer service
  • Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
  • Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
  • Lead the team by attracting, training and appraising talented personnel
  • Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
  • Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations
  • Report on management regarding results and productivity
  • Leads kitchen team .
  • Provides guidance to kitchen staff members, including -cooking, food preparation, and dish plating.
  • Oversees and organizes kitchen stock and ingredients.
  • Ensures a first-in, first-out food rotation system and verifies all food products are properly dated and organized for quality assurance.
  • Assists head chef with menu creation.
  • Follow supply ordering, budget, and kitchen efficiency.
  • Establish the working schedule and organize the work in the kitchen.
  • Discover talented chefs and train them in order to reach the high standards.
  • Train the auxiliary kitchen staff in order to provide best results in minimum time and using at the maximum the available resources.
  • Maintain order and discipline in the kitchen during working hours
  • Assisting in the preparation of budgets and forecast.

Educational Requirements

  • Diploma in Hotel Management in Hospitality Management, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Hospitality Management
  • Preferred Educational Institute :Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation (National Hotel & Tourism Training Institute)
  • Skills Required: English Language, Restaurant Expert

Experience Requirements

  • At least 10 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Banquet and or FB Operations, Experience in a similar role

Additional Requirements

  • Age 35 to 50 years
  • The capacity to work under extreme pressure.
  • Excellent leadership and management.
  • The ability to delegate tasks.
