We are looking for a professional Food and Beverage Manager to be responsible for managing all F&B operations and for delivering an excellent guest experience. The successful candidate will be able to forecast, plan and manage all F&B orders, staff and finance. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
Job Responsibilities
Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
Preserve excellent levels of customer service
Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
Lead the team by attracting, training and appraising talented personnel
Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
Comply with all health and safety regulations
Report on management regarding results and productivity
Leads kitchen team .
Provides guidance to kitchen staff members, including -cooking, food preparation, and dish plating.
Oversees and organizes kitchen stock and ingredients.
Ensures a first-in, first-out food rotation system and verifies all food products are properly dated and organized for quality assurance.
Assists head chef with menu creation.
Follow supply ordering, budget, and kitchen efficiency.
Establish the working schedule and organize the work in the kitchen.
Discover talented chefs and train them in order to reach the high standards.
Train the auxiliary kitchen staff in order to provide best results in minimum time and using at the maximum the available resources.
Maintain order and discipline in the kitchen during working hours
Assisting in the preparation of budgets and forecast.

Preferred Educational Institute :Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation (National Hotel & Tourism Training Institute)

Experience Requirements
At least 10 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Banquet and or FB Operations, Experience in a similar role
Additional Requirements
Age 35 to 50 years
The capacity to work under extreme pressure.
Excellent leadership and management.
The ability to delegate tasks.
