    Follow up and lead the team for daily, weekly and monthly HR activates. Implementation and development of new thoughts as smart HR practice which will be helpful for company development. Report to GM-HR & Admin on HR data and activates.

Job Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and selection
  • Grievance handling and Disciplinary action.
  • Database Management
  • Personal File Management
  • Attendance Management,
  • Compensation and Benefits;
  • Training and development;
  • Manpower Data Analysis;
  • Prepare & Update Organogram, Manpower budget, Standard,
  • Prepare Job Specification & Job description for all position,
  • Set Departmental KPI,
  • Performance Appraisal:
  • Training Need Analysis:
  • Training Evaluation,
  • Arrange meeting and prepare meeting minutes
  • Submit monthly departmental cost and budget to Management.
  • Take initiative to motivate workers and staffs on different type of issues.

Educational Requirements

  • MA in any discipline with PGD in HRM, MBA on HRM / Master’s on HRM will be get preference.
  • Skills Required: HR Operations, Organizational Development, People and Culture Management, Team Leadership

  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Factory HR Administration
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Garments

Additional Requirements

  • Age 30 to 40 years
