Job Responsibilities

  • Lead HR processes and initiatives in areas of Recruitment, Training & Development, Performance management, and Compensation & Benefits;
  • Implement effective performance management process;
  • Develop and implement HR Policies & procedures for the organization;
  • Conduct manpower planning and forecast in line with business growth;
  • To make all correspondences related to HR & Administration;
  • Prepare budgets for HR and ensure proper management of the same;
  • Maintaining personnel files and ensure proper maintenance of all employee database in HR software;
  • Manage employee’s grievances and other personnel-related issues;
  • Perform any other related tasks assigned by Management.

Educational Requirements

  • Masters/MBA in HRM from a reputed University/Institute;

Experience Requirements

  • At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements

  • Age at most 40 years
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Real Estate companies/Club/Hotel;
  • In-depth knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law/Rules;
  • Must be able to work with (ERP) HRIS Software and Microsoft Office Tools.
