Job Description



Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare HR strategy aligned with the Organization’s Business objectives so that desired results to be ensured.
  • Develop strategic manpower planning aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives to achieve the desired result.
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and procedures or SOPs complying with local Laws in line with organizational objectives.
  • Lead to develop an effective talent management strategy through a transparent talent acquisition process according to the organizational needs.
  • Design and implement training & development programs by identifying employees’ development need to enhance their knowledge and skills to take over upcoming challenges.
  • Plan and conduct new employee Induction & Orientation Program to acclimatize to the organization culture and values and foster a positive attitude toward organizational objectives;
  • Own and lead performance management system by improving matrices on KRA & KPI for the organization.
  • Design, develop and implement employee engagement programs to establish a strong culture in the organization.
  • Leading and managing general HR practices such as recruitment & selection, Human Resource needs analysis, prepare payroll, performance management system, leave management, staff orientation, compensation, and benefits administration.
  • Monitoring departmental employee allocation and ensure employee productivity by conducting job analysis/ job evaluation.
  • Develop and design a competitive pay structure for the company through formal job evaluation and market survey to ensure a high level of motivation among the entire workforce.
  • Develop succession and career plan strategies and create the leadership pipeline, especially for identified pivotal roles.

Educational Requirements

  • Master of Commerce (MCom)
  • Must have sound knowledge in labor law
  • Skills Required: COMPUTER OFFICE MANAGEMENT, Fluent in written and spoken Bengali-English.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Administration, General HR

  • Age 27 to 37 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Should be a pleasant personality with a positive attitude, a good motivator
  • Honest, Energetic and Hard-working in intelligent way
