  • Job Location: Dhaka (Nikunja, Airport Road)

Job Responsibilities

  • Keep liaison with investors of the company.
  • Maintain regular communication with investors and keep record of their facilities due & availed as per policy.
  • Take hotel booking for Investors and coordinate with departments for execution.
  • Disseminate all information and letter to investor as per policy.
  • Look after corporate works of Managing Director.
  • Supervise & co-ordinate office works, admin works & related all works of Managing Director.
  • Communicate with others department, mail checking & replying on behalf of Managing Director.
  • Conduct all secretarial tasks such as meeting schedule, meeting agenda, minutes prepare, memo writing etc.
  • Attend all corporate meeting.
  • Maintain the schedules and diary of the Managing Director and ensure all appointments and meetings are duly updated.
  • Coordinate with management team & other departments as per requirement.
  • Receiving & delivering mail, drafting & replying the letter as per requirement.
  • Keep confidentiality to all the issues.
  • Perform any other tasks as required by the Managing Director.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline.
  • Candidate with English medium (‘O’ level & ‘A’ level) background or foreign degree will get preference.

Additional Requirements

  • Only females are allowed to apply
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skill
  • Must have computer knowledge – Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Virtual meeting platforms.
  • Conversant in English speaking and writing.
  • Must have Problem solving abilities.
  • Proven Collaborative and Team Playing ability.
  • Experience Requirements: Working experience in Secretarial duty will be given preference.
