  • JOB PURPOSE: Responsible to intervene capacity development initiatives in negotiation with respective programme(s) in designing training courses based on learning needs and programme requirements in line with Organisational Strategy.
  • Location: BRAC Head Office

Job Responsibilities

  • Take initiative for capacity building of all staff of respective programme(s)/departments/clients to play their role efficiently and design capacity development plan accordingly.
  • Coordinate training with respective programme / client(s).
  • Assess learning needs and design training programmes accordingly.
  • Ensure standardization of training curriculum, materials, tools, methods for training products.
  • Prepare facilitators for rolling out training programmes in large scale by providing TOT.
  • Guide the regular updating process of training modules, courses according to the changes/suggestions/feedback/recommendations of relevant stakeholders.
  • IIdentify, communicate and maintain network with national and international training providers for quality learning solutions.
  • Responsible for continuous follow-up with the programme to understand further improvement in training module and then to re-equip the facilitator with the changes / modifications.
  • Facilitate training courses, workshops in and outside of BRAC.
  • Ensure training monitoring and evaluation are in take place for tracking quality training products and TOTs through standardized process and tools.
  • Attend appropriate forums (seminars, workshops, discussions, symposium etc.) relate to human resource development and management both in and outside of BRAC.
  • Ensure the enhancement of Capacity development of team member (s).
  • Cater any other responsibilities given by management as and when required.
  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelors / Masters in any discipline, preferred in HRM / Public Administration / Psychology / Management / Social Science.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements

  • Minimum 03 years of experience in relevant field.
  • Experience in budgeting.
  • Great communication and presentation skill.
  • Negotiation skills and digital literacy.
  • Experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, Training & Development and Human Capital Development.
