JOB PURPOSE: Responsible to intervene capacity development initiatives in negotiation with respective programme(s) in designing training courses based on learning needs and programme requirements in line with Organisational Strategy.

Job Responsibilities
Take initiative for capacity building of all staff of respective programme(s)/departments/clients to play their role efficiently and design capacity development plan accordingly.
Coordinate training with respective programme / client(s).
Assess learning needs and design training programmes accordingly.
Ensure standardization of training curriculum, materials, tools, methods for training products.
Prepare facilitators for rolling out training programmes in large scale by providing TOT.
Guide the regular updating process of training modules, courses according to the changes/suggestions/feedback/recommendations of relevant stakeholders.
IIdentify, communicate and maintain network with national and international training providers for quality learning solutions.
Responsible for continuous follow-up with the programme to understand further improvement in training module and then to re-equip the facilitator with the changes / modifications.
Facilitate training courses, workshops in and outside of BRAC.
Ensure training monitoring and evaluation are in take place for tracking quality training products and TOTs through standardized process and tools.
Attend appropriate forums (seminars, workshops, discussions, symposium etc.) relate to human resource development and management both in and outside of BRAC.
Ensure the enhancement of Capacity development of team member (s).
Cater any other responsibilities given by management as and when required.
SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Educational Requirements
Bachelors / Masters in any discipline, preferred in HRM / Public Administration / Psychology / Management / Social Science.
Experience Requirements
At least 3 year(s)
Additional Requirements
Minimum 03 years of experience in relevant field.
Experience in budgeting.
Great communication and presentation skill.
Negotiation skills and digital literacy.
Experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, Training & Development and Human Capital Development.
