Job Responsibilities
Must have worked with any Real Estate/developer/construction-related company.
To understand and vet all land-related documents including but not limited to (C.S, S.A, R.A, R.S Khatian- Porcha, Title Deed, Via Deed, and other land-related instruments), to complete verification and authentic assessments of ownership and title for finding merits and providing a legal opinion regarding the purchase of land.
Having a sound knowledge of RAJUK-related activities: ( Plan Approval, Power Approval, Sales permission, Mutation, any types of Occupancy related work along with any type of Govt. & Non-Government approval tasks).
To prepare and draft the Deed of Sale, Power of Attorney, Deed of Agreement for Sale, Advance Sale Deed, Borga Deed, MoU and other legal instruments.
To understand, interpret, and prepare legal documents like; Bi-lateral & Multi-lateral Agreements, Deed of agreements, MOU, Power of Attorney, various types of undertaking affidavits, Legal notices on the basis of both domestic & international Laws.
To arrange and complete registration as well as the commission of Deed of Sale, Power of Attorney, Deed of Agreement for Sale, Mortgage Deed and other related registration processes.
To avail purchase-mutation approval from concerned Authority and complete land mutation process after every land registration.
To coordinate and mitigate land-related, company-related legal matters and maintain liaison with a different organization such as DC Office, AC Land office, Sub-Registry office, Tahshil Office, Ministry, Civil-Criminal Courts-Tribunals and other related Institutions etc.
Prepare Legal strategic and operational plans and lead implementation to ensure an internal environment in which the Company understands and meets its legal obligations.
Responsible for providing legal opinion on different issues as required by management.
Vetting and necessary searching of land documents as well as coordinates for preparing lease deed/ rent deed and other necessary deeds and agreements.
Filling Income Tax & Value Added Tax files as well as consulting with concern individuals about these.
Responsible to provide legal opinion in respect of any legal issue, procurement agreements, legal claims, legal notice, company laws, labor laws, criminal and other relevant laws.
Look after the legal issues of branch of the company.
To do/assist any other day to day functions as and when required by the management.
Handle company litigation upon consultation with the management and maintaining liaison with outside counsels.
Have to deal with in-house and outdoor court activities (as per requirement).
Prepare the appropriate legal documents for trial or court proceedings.
Represent the company in legal proceedings as well as maintain liaison with necessary government & semi-government body.
Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
Responsible for meeting with various building owners/landowners and media man if assigned by the management.
Preparing legal notice letters and complains to protect the company against legal risks and violations.
Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management will be treated as a duty.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor of Law (LLB) or Master of Law (LLM) from a reputed university.
Must have Three (03) years of experience in a similar position.

Excellent computer literacy on MS Word, Excel and good typing skills on both Bijoy Bangla & English.
Ability to work under pressure with team spirit.
