Job Responsibilities

• Drafting and preparing offer letters, mortgage deed, power of attorney, registration deed/ joint venture agreement/ Baina Deed, Legal Notice, commissioning, mutation of land & other legal documents from related Govt. Office, Plaint, Written Objection and other petitions as and when necessary to represent the company.
• Verification of proper ownership document via Title Deed, C.S, S.A, R.S and B.S record.
• Ensure land-related all legal matters & maintain liaison with various Govt. and Non-Govt. organization such as Sub registry office, AC Land office, Tahshil Office and ensure timely Land Tax, Mutation and Rentals.
• Must have adequate knowledge in registration procedure.
• Ensure vetting of various legal/Land documents
• Conduct initial meetings with the clients, take down details, receive documents, keep in touch with clients and follow-up.
• Communicate with the land Owners & Agents and discuss about possession of the proposed Land.
• Provide legal assistance while dealing with some particular legal tasks, litigations, contracts, dispute resolution & Co-ordinate with External Lawyers and ensure successful handling & resolution of pending cases in different courts/ tribunals.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor of Law (LLB)/Masters of Law (LLM) from a reputed institution.
• Bar council membership is an extra advantage.

Experience Requirements

• At least 10 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Banking law, Court Practices, Legal Affairs, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Tax Law
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Real Estate
