Job Context

We are looking proactive, dynamic & highly motivated professionals for a Mega food park Project Manager, who has adequate knowledge to manage Mega food park.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall ASW Mega food park.
• Managing operation of the park coordination Follow-up of the management decisions, Reports preparation and submission, training and development.
• Supervise and control personnel, assign duties to them and ensure proper follow up, coordinate with all departments of the park to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide a professional, advisory and executive support service regarding Food park to implement the strategic goals of the establishment.
• Conduct development and performance reviews, identifying key personnel for further development and structured career path.
• Implement and maintain training systems to ensure that associates have the necessary framework and skills to perform their job efficiently and effectively.
• Prepare work schedules and annual leave schedules within budget and guidelines of the appropriate industrial legislation.
• Assist Management for effective execution of all work of the Project.
• Any other task assigned by the management from time to time.

Educational Requirements

• Honors/ Master’s Degree.

Experience Requirements

• 5 to 7 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Age 32 to 45 years
• Only males are allowed to apply
• The applicants should have experience in the following Mega Food Park.
• Good Communication skills in both English and Bengal
• Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
