Job Context

  • Reports to: Senior Manager – Managing Director – C.E.O
  • Contribute to the overall development of company strategies and plans.
  • Must have excellent skills of computer; Microsoft Office such as MS Word, Power point, Excel, Outlook etc.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ensure the values of participation, partnership, sustainability, social responsibility, cost effectiveness, transparency and accountability are reflected in your work.
  • Any other responsibilities as may reasonably be required from time to time.
  • Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver creative communication strategies, plans and approaches to help market and position company to attract clients.
  • Plan the coordination and communications strategies for company work and senior management teams to put the strategy into practice. This will include:
  • Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events.
  • Work with other company personnel as intermediaries (when appropriate) to establish target customer relationships.
  • Assist with workshops, seminar series and other marketing / administrative activities as required.
  • Design and develop creative communication and marketing / administrative products – presentations, briefings, etc. that will maximize company message.
  • Engage customers on social media, through website, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Lead the company’s marketing / sales team and work with them to develop and execute new marketing / sales concepts, communication design etc.
  • Liaise with foreign principals of the company and implement their international marketing objectives locally.
  • Taking care of all the leads obtained from CRM and diverting the leads to relevant salesperson to convert it into opportunity.
  • Coordinates and communicates strategic business development plans effectively to manager.
  • Represent company at external meetings and conferences
