Job Responsibilities

• Academic background: Food Chemistry / Food Biochemistry/Food Technology/Food Science /Food Microbiology.
• Coordination with the sourcing team on quality inspection for rice.
• Having enough knowledge of rice/paddy varieties.
• Having enough knowledge of rice origin, availability season.
• Setting up a laboratory for testing and declaring quality standards for rice.
• Testing rice in the lab and declaring results such as moisture, ash, protein fundamentals, etc.
• Corrective and preventive action processes for rice storage.
• Quality assurance inspection & calibration processes for Rice.
• Development of Rice receiving criteria.
