  • BRAC Bank is currently looking for an ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented, enthusiastic individual for the following position in its General Services Division.

Job Responsibilities

  • Cash in Transit Operation (ATM and IBCM):
  • ATM CIT services operation support;
  • Deal with Cash in Transit (CIT) service providers;
  • Branch Banking (IBCM) CIT services operation support;
  • Corporate Clients cash CPD (Cash pick and deliver) CIT support of BRAC Bank;
  • Ensure daily Cash in Transit (CIT) services for BRAC Bank across the country;
  • Cash in Transit (CIT) services agreement, addendum, and memo with the service provider;
  • Secure compensation from the CIT service provider in case of any incident or cash losses;
  • Guarding Services Operation:
  • Deal with security service providers;
  • Handle complaints with immediate effect and ensure deployment, withdrawal, and monitoring;
  • Secure compensation from the service provider in case of any incident or losses of the bank;
  • Ensure Security Guard services operation with training on anti-skimming devices at ATM Booths;
  • Ensure Security Guard and Gunman Services at all BRAC Bank premises through Security Guard Service provider;
  • Fire Safety Management:
  • Ensure fire safety equipment for the Fire Fighting team;
  • Deal with the suppliers and ensure regular supply and maintenance of fire equipment;
  • Ensure fire safety management (fire safety training, fire detection system, fire protection system, etc.);
  • Coordinate with the stakeholders and conduct fire safety and evacuation drills at all BRAC Bank premises;
  • Security Equipment Maintenance:
  • Deal with security equipment and maintenance service providers;
  • Ensure installment and maintenance of security equipment at BRAC Bank premises, e.g. CCTV, security alarm system (seismic, panic, motion detector), fire alarm system (heat detector, smoke detector), fire extinguisher, access control, and security system (archway, handheld metal detector, luggage scanner, vehicle scanner, tripod, etc.);
  • Occupational Health Safety Management:
  • Health hazard management at the workplace;
  • First Aid training and management;
  • Health Safety Management (COVID, dengue, vaccination, hospitalization support, first aid, etc.);
  • Liaison and Protocol Management:
  • Front-desk management;
  • Liaison with law enforcement agencies;
  • Addressing visitors and ensuring necessary protocol measures;
  • Liaise and coordinate with Govt. agencies to ensure the concerns of the bank;
  • Crisis Management and Multi-tasking support:
  • Multi-tasking and liaising with the bank’s departments/divisions;
  • Crisis Management (fire and environmental hazard, safety and security, etc.);
  • Lead the strategic planning of the department, performance management, leave management, innovation, creativity, policy formation, team building, etc.;
  • Deal with the vendors (guarding, cash in transit, security equipment maintenance, logistics, fire safety, and property management) to ensure timely completion of tasks and payment of bills;
  • Plan and coordinate with the stakeholders for conducting various professional and workplace safety-related courses and training at BRAC Bank for the team members.

Educational Requirements

  • Post-Graduation/Graduation with PGD (HRM) or Fire Safety Management Course (a minimum of 6 months) from a reputed institution with a satisfactory academic track record.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 12 year(s)

Additional Requirements

  • Minimum 12 years of work experience in a relevant field at a renowned group of companies, MNCs, banks, and financial organizations;
  • Good interpersonal communication skills in English and Bangla;
  • Proficiency in Bangla and English typing;
  • Strong command over Microsoft Office Package (advanced Excel training will be preferred);
  • Customer-centric, self-propelled, and capable of meeting deadlines.
