Job Responsibilities

• Coordination with the monitoring team.
• Assist management representative during inspection of the organization’s
• quality system / outside regulatory agencies or certification bodies.
• Provide QA support in all Quality Management System (QMS) functions as necessary.
• Document control processes.
• Corrective and preventive action processes.
• Quality Assurance inspection & calibration processes.
• Analysis of product to aid in continual improvement initiatives.
• Purchasing controls and perform supplier evaluation processes( Quality Assurance at upstream and downstream).
• Establish Quality Checking at the offloading and loading points.
• Maintenance and preservation of Quality, Design and Device records.
• Development of product acceptance criteria.
• SOP Development.
• Sorting processes and controls(Temperature and hygiene method).
• Assists in the development of quality system policy, procedures, instructions
• Evaluate impact on risk management.
• Manages the training for internal staff.
• Perform the required functions.
