Job Responsibilities

• S/he is responsible for deep frozen semen merchandising program and will be sole responsible for his division specified by ADL authority.
• S/he should be established the strategy and direction of the marketing program along with short- and long-term goals for Depot.
• To assist in the development of marketing campaigns that are designed to expand brand recognition and highlight the benefits of ADL products and services.
• S/he will have to have close contact with local Government office of DLS for monthly, quarterly and annual reporting by prescribed format.
• S/he should have ability to work well under pressure and strong problem-solving, organizational, and management skills.
• S/he has an analyzing sales metrics and market trends to adapt or modify sales strategies and approaches accordingly.
• S/he should maintain and supervised all types of record on line and updates daily/regularly of the sales and Collection.
• S/he should select potential pro-Artificial Insemination Worker (Pro-AIW) from each union under his jurisdiction. All selected pro-AIW will be sent to ADL training center for on-board training regarding hand-on insemination practices as specified by DLS.
• Any other Tasks as assigned by management.

• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Preferable in Livestock Science/ Marketing.
• Skills Required: Leadership and Good Communication skill.
