Job Responsibilities

• Identify the target market, sales channel and execution of dispatch orders.
• Keep close contact with the customers and visit the market continuously to achieve sales target.
• Conduct Market Survey on competitor’s activities, prices, programs and report to the management regularly.
• Immediate respond to any Sales queries and follow up accordingly.
• Organizing plot sale and showing the clients and visits all of the client.
• Demonstrating and presenting property issues.
• Maintaining accurate records.
• Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
• Reviewing plot sale performance.
• Any other task assigned by the Management.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor in any discipline.
• Education qualification will be relaxed for experienced person.
