Job Context

Mechanical Engineer with Constructional Background.

Job Responsibilities

• Check equipment and operating systems and correct wherever necessary.
• Ensure mechanical operations, standards and controls are maintained at high quality.
• Resolve motor, Water pump, conveyor, Batching Plant, Mixer Machine, Vibrato machine, Tractor, Pay loader, Roller, Excavator, Drum Truck, and hydraulic problems.
• Ensure high level technical support to lower level technicians.
• Repair and perform preventive maintenance as per established standards.
• Use hand tools like power tools and rigging equipment daily.
• Handle simple and complex heavy Construction equipment.
• Assist mechanical engineers in developing, building & maintaining machines & tools.
• Test and analyze machines, tools, and components to determine their performance, strength and response to stress.
• Carry out inspections to identify faults and initiate repair of mechanical systems or products
• Monitor mechanical processes to ensure conformance to standard project procedures.
• Use CAD software and technology to prepare drawing plans and design for an engineering project
• Assemble components or machine parts to form integral or complete product unit.
• Timely and accurate completion of daily site diaries and recording of any change requests or delay to our progress are critical element of this role.

Educational Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical engineer from any Reputed Public/Private Institution.

Experience Requirements

• 5 to 8 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Candidates with relevant experience construction related all type of heavy equipment’s.
