Job Responsibilities

• Follow up with Team Leaders about production details as per order & to ensure timely shipment. Follow up orders with customers, factory and suppliers to ensure customer satisfaction and on time delivery.
• Anticipate problems and contribute ideas to devise constructive solutions. Proactively build and maintain team spirit as well as improve teamwork. Resolve conflicts between customer and factory, e.g. delivery /production delay.
• Coordinate with other departments to determine/fix delivery schedule (date) and sequence of implementing his/her order in the lines.
• Follow up on Developments, Samples and Production with a high degree of personal responsibility.. Monitoring whole process from sample development
• Maintain all relevant merchandising communication, order files, reports etc. required for processing orders efficiently.
• Support Buyer and Supplier to take more initiative to solve problem by sharing information with top Management.
• Work closely with the Quality and Technical team to ensure quality standard of the products. Daily communicate with customers & Clients.

• BBA / MBA Preferred.

Additional Requirements

• Age 22 to 30 years
• Both males and females are allowed to apply
• No need to apply who are not interested to stay in Chittagong
• Strong at handling merchandising documentation and working with operations head for handling factory merchandising related responsibilities.
• Strong organizing, planning, directing and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent command over English (written and spoken) and in Bangla is highly desired. Meeting Business demands in terms of Cost / Delivery /Quality/ Speed.
• Controlling and coordinating activities along with the production team. Strong English written and oral communication skills
• Strong Analytical skills.
• Highly skilled in computer and mail communications. The ability to deliver under pressure.
