Job Context

• We are looking for a reliable team member of the Merchandising Department to ensure that all external and internal requirements are met before our product reaches our customers. You will be responsible for all types of activities related to Merchandising especially for inspecting procedures and outputs and identifying mistakes or non-conformity issues.
• The goal is to assure the high quality of our products and services aiming for the long- term success of our business

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the coordination related to the sourcing of raw materials and factories for Footwear & Leather goods at both local & foreign
• Should have excellent experience in product consumption and cost as well as raw materials used for Footwear & Leather goods
• Should have adequate experience in working on sample development of Footwear & Leather goods
• Production follow-up of factories and ensuring product quality aligns with approval
• Identify causes and take actionable steps to improve product quality
• Regular follow-up of vendors and gap analysis
• To assist the department head in day-to-day routine activities
• Ability to work under pressure
• Any other task assigned by the Head of Department and Top Management

Educational Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree. /Master’s degree will get priority
• B.Sc. in Leather/Footwear/Products Engineering will get priority

Experience Requirements

• At least 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• The applicants should have experience in the following area (s): Quality, Quality Control / Inspection
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area (s): Leather goods
• Experience in working of factories of Footwear/Leather goods will get extra advantage
• Good communication Skills
• Sound knowledge about Footwear Production Operations & Quality Assurance
• Sound knowledge about Footwear Pattern & consumption.
• State Clear Knowledge of Basic footwear & leather goods costing.
• Sound knowledge about Footwear & Leather goods quality
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
• Should be well-groomed, smart and energetic
• Good knowledge & skills in computing
