Job Context

• We are looking for energetic, and dynamic candidates who can take the challenge to work in the fastest-growing Agro Market. Preferred 5-8 years of experience in Fish, Poultry & Cattle Feed Sales.

Job Responsibilities

• Achieving monthly & quarterly Sales targets.
• Traveling throughout different sales territories to train and guide ASM, TSM, TSO, and SRs and drive sales.
• Motivating the ASM, TSM, TSO, and SR and creating an atmosphere of healthy competition among the subordinates.
• Evaluating sales strategies of ASM, TSM, TSO, and SR innovating new sales strategies where necessary.
• Launching new cluster operations.
• Recruiting and training new sales staff, assigning specific tasks to other sales staff, and monitoring the team’s sales performance.
• Maintaining a partnership with the target number of Suppliers and Retailers in the assigned Zone.
• Maintaining positive customer relations.
• Providing sales staff with constructive feedback and assisting staff to solve customers’ problems.
• Driving ASM, TSM, and TSO performance.
• New category launching.

Experience Requirements

• 5 to 8 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Agro Businesses, Agro Marketing, Marketing (Fish Feed, Marketing related job in Agro company will get preference
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Animal/Plant Breeding, Dairy, Fisheries, Poultry

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 25 years
• Only males are allowed to apply
• At least 5-8 years of experience in Fish, Cattle, and Poultry Feed Sales (Experience in Fish Feed Sales will be preferred).
• Experience in sales is necessary.
• Strong sales ability, business acumen, and commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Good time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills
